Western Australia is the 2nd largest province on the planet and Broome to Perth is a 2,500km drive (without detours) with literally hundreds of amazing sights along the way. This is the reverse journey of our popular Perth to Broome Backpacker Tour but is done over just 8 days. For this tour, we basically have 4 days of long drives and 4 days of relaxing in very some of WA's most beautiful and scenic locations. Great for those who want to see some of Western Australia but are pressed for time. Also a great way to get a lift from Broome to Perth and often our Perth to Broome tour guests make the return journey with us.

Broome to Perth Backpacker Tour Gallery

This is a 12 Day South West Tour designed especially for Backpackers and runs during the warmer months of November to March (when it's wet season up north and too hot to do our Perth to Broome Tour). This is approximately 3 times longer than similar tours from competitors and might we say, approximately 100 times better! We start the tour at traditional Aussie bush campground on the first night before heading down to Margaret River where we spend several days exploring the region. We then track along the coast and inland a little as we pass through towns such as Augusta, Pemberton, Walpole and Denmark. We then move to Albany and after a couple of days there we drive all the way to Esperance and camp at famous Lucky Bay (where Kangaroos are known to often hang out at the beach). After Esperance, we drive back to Perth through the middle of the South West stopping for the last night at Wave Rock. An incredible tour that has so much to see and the perfect way to explore the South West of Australia.

Our 12 Day Perth to Exmouth Tour (return) for Backpackers is a shorter version of our full Perth to Broome Tour. At the moment, we we can only do this tour twice a year, normally in both March & April. Although Exmouth (Cape Range & Ningaloo) is a highlight of the tour, there is plenty, plenty more amazing things to see and do on the way there and on the return journey.

This is a very unique backpacker tour proposed to be done annually in the future, starting in Perth in September and following the weather going around Australia clockwise. The current plan is for it to be by invitation only as annually we would only be able to take just two groups of twelve backpackers (and other young travellers). The two groups would essentially travel together but with one group a day ahead of the second meaning the groups converge whenever scheduled stops are for more than one day (approximately half the locations).
